Hidden down stome
steps beneath the Rutland Hotel, the Edinburgh Gin Distillery is a
small room next to the Head and Tales bar.
It also houses the
Edinburgh Gin Club which hosts a variety of events, including
cocktail masterclasses, on selected Sunday afternoons throught the
year.
When
you're there, look out for Cannonball Navy Strength Gin which was
created in partnership with Heriot-Watt University. In other words,
you you can enjoy a drink, safe in the knowlege that you are helping
to advance science...
